Steak Blue Cheese Wedge Salad
Ingredients
- 6 oz Filet Mignon Cooked Medium
- Quarter Head of Iceberg Lettuce
- Handful Red Grape Tomatoes
- 2 TableSpoons Favorite Blue Cheese Dressing (I use Simply Dressed Blue Cheese Dressing)
- Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar Glaze (I use Blaze)
Method
This is a very easy and delicious salad. I had an extra steak left over from the night before and used it for my Blue Cheese Wedge Salad. You could add or take out any ingredients you like.
